If you are too late for us to accommodate your treatment needs, you will have your appointment rescheduled. Should you be regularly late for your appointment, or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, then our non-attendance policy may be enforced.
If you have private health fund cover for physiotherapy, you can use this to assist in the payment of your physiotherapy fee. Each health fund provides different amounts, and different caps on physiotherapy rebates available. Consult with your health fund if unsure of your entitlement.
Payment is requested on completion of each consultation. We have a HICAPS terminal to process your claim, and we also have an EFTPOS terminal for your convenience.
No doctor’s referral is required to claim for private physiotherapy services.
Funding is available through the Chronic Disease Management plan (formerly the Enhanced Primary Care or EPC ). To access funding for this we require a valid, current Chronic Disease Management Care Plan from your doctor.
