Sandra Langton Physiotherapy is a proud member and supporter of the South Burnett community.
Sandra Langton Physiotherapy was founded by Sandra Langton in 1991. Over the years we have been a well respected provider of physiotherapy services and have made it our mission to provide quality and affordable physiotherapy services to the South Burnett.
Sandra Langton Physiotherapy has recently expanded its services, bringing first class treatment options to residents of the South Burnett. We now also provide rehabilitation services, PD Warrior instruction, Pilates programs, Cognitive Functional Therapy and Remedial Massage therapy.
Our therapy staff has grown with Avi Shrestha, a physiotherapist with a commitment to rural practice; and Karen Klein, a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, both available to offer treatment options.
Our clinical therapists are supported by highly experienced ancillary staff and friendly receptionists, who help ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, we stock high quality items to assist with your treatment and rehabilitation.
Sandra Langton Physiotherapy has achieved Practice Accreditation, which means that we have demonstrated that we meet all the standards for physiotherapy practice as determined by the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Sandra Langton is the business owner and a senior treating physiotherapist. She graduated from the University of Queensland in 1986 and has been a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association since 1987. Sandra has completed numerous post graduate physiotherapy courses including, most recently, PD Warrior (a revolutionary new treatment program for Parkinson's Disease), Level 4 Clinical Pilates, Women's Health, Dry Needling and Real Time Ultrasound courses.
Sandra has a real commitment to the local community, having raised both of her children in the South Burnett and is proud to call Kingaroy home. Having lived and worked in the region for more than twenty years, she has a strong understanding of the working environments of people in the South Burnett.
Karen has been involved with massage therapy for some time now, and has found it to be a therapy which has helped herself considerably with pain management. She finds that by making massage a regular part of your life, you can experience ongoing, cumulative effects of reduced muscle tension, increased vitality and a calmer state of mind. Karen uses Hot Stones, Myofacial Cupping, Pregnancy and Infant massage or Remedial Massage.
